Agree with you on this point .... The initial email should clearly specify the format in comma-separated values and provide an example. This will make it easier to provision accounts... .... The lack f clarity is causing so many back and forth emails and resulting in inefficient system.

Anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks. Also depends upon the VO and the their respective backlogs. Its based on folks who have responded in various threads. The response time is getting better though.

Was your Biometric done? or it was exempted?

Not really. There are cases where folks have received credentials the very next day. In my case it took 2 weeks, but we had holidays in between. Anyways congratulations!

Quick Update from my side. I had provided email ids on 19th Dec 2020 for my family in one single email. It was from Etobicoke office. I received the portal details today which I will respond in 1-2 days.
