    When did you realize this? If that is post your getting nomination with NOC 0213 then in that case why didn't you update your NOC on your EE profile before you got/accepted your ITA? Now go ahead and apply with the correct NOC and if required write an LoE why your earlier NOC was wrong. But...

    The answer to this question depends on what is your correct NOC. Submitting eAPR with any other NOC would be wrong and may result in straight rejection.

    You are right, CRS maxes out at 3 years...so go with your past work experience, and ignore your current work details, you can always add them in you personal history section when filling eAPR.

    You are right, do as you planed to. If your LoE exceeds 1500 words, it would be preferable to attach a separate pdf in the CSE along with the rejection letter. Also if you explain that your rejection letter is dated post your EE profile creation, they should accept that without any questions.

    Yes, that's how most employers write. As long as avg. working hours add up to 1560 in one year's time, you are fine.

    You just need to show the evidence that the job experience that you have/had was a paid one, mainly through reference letter(s), nothing more. At times they may ask for pay stubs if they feel the need to. Value of emolument is immaterial.
