What happens when the biometrics letter arrives but no AOR yet? So weird (but happy that it implicitly means AOR). Also, biometrics should not required as they did them 3 years ago for their visitor visa so those should still be valid. I guess I should call CIC?

Does anyone have any updates on what to do regarding the police certificate? We are still waiting to get the confirmation email from G4S. Really considering the LOE route but wondering if anyone has any confirmation that it is okay to do so.

G4S in Colombia. Yes, I think it's supposed to be the next working day (says on their instructions email and they confirmed when we called) but they are completely flooded.

What's an LOE? This says that we must submit the confirmation email, so I'm waiting to get it. I've called twice and they say they are flooded with these requests and trying to respond as fast as possible. I hope they respond to mine soon.
