    Guys, My NOC is 1311 and I got my bachelors on Sep 2016, however, I started working from Apr 2015. If I mention Sep 2016 as NOC minimum qualification date, will whole of my experience count, or it will be only post bachelors? Thank you. It is International experience, outside of Canada.
