After how many days of passport return do we get our original documents back ?

I would suggest just sit back n relax. They will send u ur passport once they receive ur new medicals.

No email is sent. U just have to check online regularly

Quick question. I got my passport back. For original documents which visa office shud I contact. My file was transfered directly to London visa office.

I got my passport back today. Submitted it on 13 jan. Total time London office took after my application was received in London was 12 months n 3 months were taken for approval of my sponsor initially. So in total 15 months for case to process.

What are those documents. Landing papers ?

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office Yes it's totally normal. Wait for few more days and ur status will change to decision made and after that they will take few more weeks before they send u PPR. My process from remedical to PPR took 1 month and 2 weeks.
