    May 5 AOR, COPR february 20 via new portal. Since then letter was not mailed to me yet, nor the PR card. Does anyone know if I should do anything to request PR CARD? (I did submit photo through new portal but it in review with IRCC 2,5 month now).

    Same agent. First email January 7, received credentials January 26, uploaded picture and address January 26, now waiting... AOR is May 5. This is a long ride.

    Hi all, have received initial email January 7. Responded 3 times for past 18 days. No response yet. Agent TT1*** Spoke with CIC agent and they can not follow up on any portal updates. How long do you think I should wait before I start looking for alternative ways of contacting them. Thanks

    Hi, My AOR is May 5th. I can not access my CIC again lol, but I have received Client Portal email. Assuming my PR is approved since I have received this email? I haven't receive any email from my CIC profile. I would confirm it with an agent but reaching them is impossible ! Please confirm :)...

    Me too. AOR may 5th, keep calling agents. Criminality still in progress, eligibility passed they said, but profile was never updated. He said just wait, Covid and stuff.

    Hi, just to share my timeline: ITA; March 23 471 applied on may 5th, AOR May 6th Same day I have applied for BWOP Letter to do biometrics received today May 8th (for BWOP) Medicals done here in Toronto, April 23, appoint. found through VisaDoctors PCC- LOE uploaded instead
