Hey Adil, I guess you should highlight that your mom has assets in PK and has a family to look after. Also highlight that you don't see your mom for a long time. No need to mention that you take care your mon financially. Good luck P.S.: (I'm not an expert on this matter)

Attaching the air ticket is NOT a requirement by IRCC, you can apply for visa without the ticket.

It is strongly suggested that you attach the return ticket as well, Visa Officer needs to be convinced that the visitor will return after the visit. Just my 2 cents
