You are right Mead, Canada is no better than Aus, USA, UK. Same plot to grab money from International Students, that's why they are issuing more study permits like UK. Wish if i had moved to UK instead.

I would love to get answer for this question but as far as i know there is no such course which comes under this budget. International students are restricted to programs which are expensive. Wel if you are a graduate student then University of Saskatchewan is inexpensive for graduate students.
