52 days is nothing. 144 days - the expected waiting time for the first PR card. I have been waiting from Jul 23. my time line is in the signature. the agent on the support line said that there is nothing to do - only wait.

already done. no confirmation recieved. it is totally impossible to go through the support phone line, I never got the agent on call. crap.

who tried to call ircc support today? it says that the toll free number I dialed is not availabel in the calling area. yesterday it was available. crap!

no. and cannot clarify the reason. they do not respond within any communication channel: email, webform, phone. sucks.

Hi folks! I am waiting for the pr card for my son. The current residental address remains to be valid till Sept. 30. Should I raise an update request throught the webform now or wait for the other 2-3 weeks? My hesitation is that the webform request might confuse IRCC clerks. Please suggest...

I don't believe it's normal, but a pretty regular case. I met several times messages with the similar description including mine. I got 3 cards of 4. My underaged son's case is still in the submitted status. 2 weeks of awaiting.
