PR card not received for family member

Hi,

I have applied for PR under CEC category. Along with with me, I have applied for my family as well. We all received eCOPR. But PR card, I have received for myself, my spouse, son and not for my daughter. It is bit surprising that IRCC sent eCOPR together but not PR card.

Any input what need to be done in this case. Normally how long it takes to get pending PR card.
