Most of guys I know have frozen the fund for at least 6 months. Usually the banks are not willing to unfreeze the money for you if you cannot return the original certificate of deposit to them in my county.

Yes, I think IELTS score is valid everywhere provided that it is not expired. As for the bank statement, I guess both of them are ok. BTW, did SINP ask you to supplement the documents?
