Received portal 1: July 24, 2023 Replied: July 24(sent 3 reminder emails after) Portal 2: still waiting logged into my tracker and last updated is today (Aug 10). the update is “August 09 We received your inquiry”. I didn’t sent them anything. What does this even mean? VO Montreal.
