i think it shouldn’t be that long. I’m following another thread online and some person who had their portal 2 from VO Montreal on Aug 13th, got their eCOPR yesterday on Aug 15th. so they may be working on Aug 13-14 cases tomorrow. If you get your eCOPR tomorrow, pls keep us posted.

Yeah this is an unusually long wait time for eCOPR. I suggest you call IRCC and ask what’s the delay for.

Hi folks, If we upload the picture on the portal and it happens to be rejected in the future due to brightness, does this mean eCOPR will also be delayed? or is the eCOPR dependent on the declaration alone and the picture is separate from this declaration and used only for the PR card?

all depends on your VO. If your VO is Montreal, expect a 25-30 day wait for portal 2 email.
