27K CEC - Any updates for CEC aor sept - oct - nov?

Now everyone is eligible as long as he’s under CEC, maybe they can process eligibility faster. Before they have to check CEC+language+education+others, now they can simply check CEC (degree or work) and pass.

CEC APPLICANTS - Nov 2020 *JOIN HERE *

IMO, the massive CEC draw may positively affect processing time. The most time consuming part of application processing is eligibility, now anyone under CEC gets invitation, they could simply check if a candidate is eligible for CEC and pass the file. Number of years of experience, language etc...

Ray of Hope - 171st Draw (PNP)

I get the point of having PNP/CEC only. The problem is that CEC processing is badly backlogged. Now if they are doing PNP/CEC only again, which means more cases sent to Ottawa for each draw, they won't have enough capacity to process them.

    Error in EE profile

Interesting... You are right. The score should be different. I double checked with CRS calculator. In my case, 517 with canadian degree and 487 without it. In my ITA letter, the score breakdown matches the score without Canadian degree. However, when I go to my express entry profile and view...

    Error in EE profile

I made a minor error in EE profile and got selected. In the education section the question was whether my credential is a Canadian degree and I put yes. In reality I have a foreign degree with ECA. In the post-ITA application I realized the error and corrected it. There’s no CRS score change...

I was able to verify this by changing what I have in the system. I guess I will accept ITA a month earlier and submit application after the anniversary

Thank you! This is interesting.. They really should fix their system..

ITA before full year of work?

Hey folks, I have a question on EE work experience. In EE profile, it looks like the work start/end date is entered by month without exact dates. Does that mean I can receive an ITA before a full year work? For example, I started my work on Jan 20th 2020, so in EE profile, I entered my work...

Do I need to accept the LMIA offer in order to get 50pts for EE?

Correct me if I'm wrong, I was give the impression that if an employer is eligible for LMIA, the of Got it. I was given the impression that the offer is already LMIA certified when it's generated. Thanks for helping!

Do I need to accept the LMIA offer in order to get 50pts for EE?

Hi! Thanks for the answer. Does the employer obtain LMIA before making the offer? Or that process need to come after I accept the offer?
