I think the number provided is for information from inside canada . There must be some contact number for outside canada people also . But Iam unaware. do the search you Will find it . currently Iam also outside canada so used webform only

You need to call them and talk to them . You should have some information on your gc key by now ! Something is amiss . also raise a webform - to which they reply in 3-4 weeks time

Are you sure you did not miss the ghost update on the GC KEY ? As it appears only once and then changes to submitted again ?

So they have reached end December and beyond / near about ? What about our some friends who are November and before and no updates ?

Honestly what they say , how they say and why they say ,only they know ! It should have reached you within a week maximum . ircc unfortunately is itself the cause of unnecessary increase in its workload!

I can understand your pain !! The problem is the reply to webform is mostly over delayed and rarely helpful ! Phones they hardly pickup . So the applicants are left to fend for themselves.
