Congrats - Security is usually the step that takes longest. Did you see a Ghost update when you Security status changed to "passed"?

The status of "Review of additional documents" changed to "Not Applicable" for me too, shortly after I submitted the additional docs (on Dec 13), and I haven't heard any updates since then.

You can call IRCC to check your status. The information in gcms notes is outdated anyways by the time you receive it.

That's an interesting observation that the number of confirmation emails == the number of provided documents. I received two confirmation emails (on different days) after uploading two documents :)

Hey everyone, I recently got an ADR for Schedule A: Background Declaration form (IMM5669). One of the questions asks to list all addresses where I lived since 18. I’m currently on a past-graduate work permit, and my employer is located in Toronto. I recently traveled to my home country, and...

@ignativda thanks so much for your response, that makes sense! I don’t have a Military Records book, unfortunately. Do you think a letter from some governmental authority confirming that I’m currently not on the military register in my country of citizenship (i.e. not affiliated with military...

Thanks so much for your response, @legalfalcon! They actually want me to upload "Military Records" through the CIC Portal. Should I instead just upload an explanatory letter stating that I never had a military service to the CIC Portal? Also, if I have no military service, do I have to provide...

Yeah, I'd also like to know why they requested IMM5669. Btw, my AOR is also Feb 2020. Possibly they wanted to see the updated personal/employment history, as our AOR was a long time ago?

Hi everyone, I've received an email from IRCC today. They request the following additional documents: Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IM5669) bearing an original signature Military Records: A certified copy of Military records. If you were...

My four most recent GCMS notes all came after exactly 1 month and 3 days after the request (e.g. the last one was ordered on Oct 15 and received on Nov 18). Might be a just a confidence though.

Just received new GCMS notes today (requested on Oct 15), and there was also just this one change regarding my application being re-assigned to a new agent and the due date updated: Application assignment Due date: 2021/12/01 Assigned by: DC6197 Assigned to: SM8376 According to the notes...

That's probably a good sign. Any updates is better than no updates :) I haven't got any ghost updates recently, and my CIC Portal still says "You do not a medical exam".

I never got any ghost updates either. Since my medical got extended (according to GCMS notes), the portal shows "You do not a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
