My spouse's citizenship tracker shows her application status was last updated on Dec 16, 2022. Since then, there has been no update whatsoever. Her fingerprints were received on Nov 28th successfully. Still waiting for citizenship test invite.
Applied for inlaws super visa on 10th Nov 2022 with upfront medicals and biometrics from previous applications. So far there's been no update whatsoever. Not sure why it's taking so long.

For indirect flights, RT-PCR should be taken in any country besides India. In your case, since you have taken RT-PCR test in Muscat, you should be good to go,

If you are an indian passport holder and your spouse is Canadian, it seems that you both would be eligible to travel through.
