Most probably finger print request which comes in snail mail. check your mail box in day or two.

Received PCC request today. One question 'it says to submit in 30 days', but in my country/city it takes more than 30 days to book appointment for PCC application and then few days for processing. Anyone in same situation or thoughts.?

Should be Fingerprint request, and they sent that through snail mail, so wait for 2-3 days for it to show up. You can book your fingerprint appointment though..

No, my parents Canadian visitor has already expired year, but still there file got transferred to Ottawa. So I would assume if parents had any association with CIC (UCI) their file goes to Ottawa. It might be different from person to person though.
