You can try calling the hospital where they did their medical, just to see if your dad is requested to do further medical test without knowing -

Applied for supervisa in June 2021 got no response. Reapplied for Visitor visa on new portal on 29th Jan 2022 and got refusal
Hi, Just seeing this, you can go ahead to do the medical for the Super Visa as they are completely different application. I hope you got a positive response already. -
