Click view submitted application. It might show which documents are required and also give an option to upload them. I was asked for duplicate police certificates and uploaded those the same way.

I'd wait for the medical request from IRCC. Medical is valid for only a year and you don't want to repeat and waste money/time if the application takes longer to process.

Login with sponsor's info and you will see both. If you enter applicant's info, only PR section comes up.

I don't recall seeing any official statement on the timeline. It must be someone making an estimated guess. IRCC would never officially say that considering people are still waiting for 2014 applications to process.

Another QC sponsor might be able to answer better. What I noticed is that you send the app to IRCC first and then asked to send QC specific documents at a later stage.
