I'm ansious to hear... I don't know why everybody takes the date of the reception of application and not the "in-process" date... reception date is when they put the envelope in the mail room, "in-process" is when they open the envelope... to me, CIC is working on April's applications...

I do not think that the country of origin has anything to do with the time they take to process an application... all has to do with a person... variables such as : age, children, lenght of the relationship, family background (divorced twice, three times, etc), for those who are from provinces...

It takes almost 13 months... from the date CIC starts processing your application, right now, they are processing February 2011 applications... be patient.
