i asked the same question and got the reply that...if file is submitted before may..then it will be in pending state and embassy will approve the file in may only.

why study two years when we can start earning after 1 year ;D .... in the end its all about earning there.... once get PR then do MS on domestic rate....money saved and money earned ;D
