Yes, I sent my AOR. My current work permit expires Jan 9th. I am not bothered by the 2 months left on it as my last job has already ended and now I can go find another job.

You will not be getting a hard copy of the AOR. When you give your email address they will only correspond through email, if you don't give an email then they will correspond through regular mail.

I believe that you only ever get given 1 client ID number...it does not change and it is on your Work Permit.

They don't return your fees. You would have to apply for a refund. You can go ahead and use the same receipt that you already have. I have gone through this already as well.

Thanks for the reply. I have entered my name exactly as it is on my CIC account and exactly the same as I enter it on any form. It's still not working. I have deleted and started the application over about 3 times now too.

Just to clarify....yes you can contact CIC in Sydney..and they do respond even if you don't have your AOR yet. You can email them. They were kind enough to email me back 3 times concerning my stolen credit card and said they would do their best to locate my file and attach my new payment to it...

You are referencing one such case of which we do not know the complete circumstances. There's no need to confuse and worry everyone else about something that rarely occurs or has even happened before. Follow the intructions and do your part well and all will be well. No one has to start making...

Once you recieve the AOR you cannot get a refund of your processing fees. If you wait and then get rejected later on then you will have to re-apply and pay again. You will also have to get another copy of your language test and police certificate and pay for those too. Best of luck.
