that's what they claim. but i have not received notice for every update except when there was a message.

I got SA approval letter on Sep 26 and received AOR notice from London Visa office on Oct 1.

Since I provided email address in the forms so I received in email.

I received it in 5 business days.

May be it's their generic message for all family reunification applications.
