Looks like the first July applicant received AOR. They posted in the June group :D AORs now getting processed under 3 months, hopefully this pace continues.

Have the paper applications slowed down in the last few weeks or overall pace has increased for both online and paper applications ?

Is there anywhere to raise the concern to IRCC regarding not taking applications in 2021? Seems super unfair for applicants planning to apply in 2021 :(

Online in full swing July 31 - February 2nd applicants started getting AOR August 17 - March 23rd applicants getting AORs.
