Another week coming to an end and no AOR. However slight progress - I am able to view my profile via ECAS and it's showing "we started processing your application". Is it normal? Don't you get AOR first? I haven't tried linking it with GCKey. btw, July 27 2018 applicant!

Send them inquiry via webform and ask them to rectify their mistake. Get Delivery Certificate from CanadaPost's website and attach it in webform.

I'm really sorry to hear that. How did they inform you of returned application? or you just got your file returned in post? Best is to gather all documentation ASAP and reset your minds about this past application before resubmitting.

Past Record of Sponsor? I don't think so. Sponsor is PR and is residing in Canada before filing of our application. We both have no criminal records as we both have applied for Police Clearance Certificates recently. (btw, I'm PA)
