Thanks. I worry I didn't submit enough evidence to be of 'cultural value' in my application in 2020, hence wishing to update it. I hope I can update before they make a decision as I am concerned I will be rejected.

Has anyone managed to successfully update an in progress application? My career has come on a long way since I applied in 2020 and I'd like them to have the up to date information.

Interesting, thanks. Did you update your application at all? My career has moved on positively since I applied and I wouldn’t want the decision made on my application statement that I submitted. But with no permanent number I can’t update.

It seems, then, that we are about a year away for those that got temporary acknowledgement in January 2021. I have also had confirmation from IRCCC that they have located my file, and assured me it is still in process and not lost despite the silence.

Read the threads from older submissions. People who got AOR in 2019 are now getting approved residency it seems. I am from the 2020 bunch, with AOR in January 2021 and have not heard anything since. You have a long wait I am afraid.
