After two months of stressing over getting my PFL and sending in my proof and lots and lots of praying..I got a letter in my account this morning saying my eligibility has passed! How long does it take to get DM at this point?

Im hoping for the best for you, friend. I submitted on the 3rd and it got officially received on the 10th.. no response ever since

Yes I did I submitted it a day after I got my letter (September 2nd) since it was really easy to gather what I needed. It got "officially" received on September 10 via confirmation email but nothing since then.

Just for clarification I recieved a procedural fairness letter

Not yet. I contacted my MP to help sort this whole mess out and I should hopefully be hearing back from him soon and I'm hoping it might give me some insight as to why they think I moved back to the states. Im just hoping the proof I sent will reassure them that I'm present here

Im a u.s citizen so it doesn't work when I try getting them from there
