I agree... it would definitely be un-fair to reject an application based on what order you have uploaded it. Also one thing i noticed was even once in submitted application area the position names were not present! When I logged in the next day they popped up again!

I noticed that bit as well, while uploading the employment documents it just said the "Employment Records" in the placeholder and didn't tell you the position or the name of the company you should upload as. Yes, that would be an issue. I tried scanning an existing picture that I had and the sizes didn't add up. So I ended up telling the photo studio guy to email me the picture after they had the correct dimensions in photoshop
