Perhaps, it's going to be like in Australia where the number of quota is just a ceiling and it's up to the government whether or not to fill it. All we can do is pray. :(

tbh, IRCC is very unpredictable man. You have good chances though but if you can increase your score while waiting for the CRS to go down, please go for it.

We cannot predict OINP that's why it is not being discussed as much. For all we know, the first general draw will be the last general draw for the year and from here on HCP with job offer and/or french language will be prioritised moving forward. We can only wait what they will try to do.
