Wait your COPR expired this February? Are you post March 18?If yes, then you have to wait a little longer. There's a high chance you were sent this email by mistake. However, if you are Pre-March 18, please send a webform or call up IRCC to follow up! You should be prioritised immediately.

That's very encouraging. Many ExpiredPost March 18 COPR have no movements AT ALL ever since. May I know your Visa office please?

Wait you had remedical request before your COPR expired? As per your post, COPR expired March 2021 and remedical approved before that which is January 2021.
