We mailed everything - I don't trust the whole upload process. Mailed prints, RCMP check and Sched A. Everything signed for and received and added to our application within days of sending.

That's not really a lull since Outland processing times are aimed at 12 months. The background check part often is the longest part of the process from my understanding.

How did you find out it's in Ottawa if you don't mind me asking?

My understanding is that they won't send it without.

This happened to me, I called, they said they had been waiting for us to submit it even though we got no further notice. I priority mailed it (I don't trust their tech stuff) on April 20. It was signed for April 21 and added to our application and being processed April 25.
