No need to notarize but don't get it in email. Write and print (if possible on company letterhead). Ask him to sign and provide his details like Name, Designation and contact no + email. Attach his business card as well. Asif

If he is a colleague then you guys must have worked together in a company. Try showing the employment contracts as well as any other official email exchange etc between you. You just have to establish the fact through documentation that you know this person. Hope this helps.

What obligations do we come under after we accept the nomination? How long do we need to work in the province which nominated us before we can move out? In what situations would it be ok to move out even before the expected timeline?

In that case I don't have much idea and would not like to conjecture. Maybe someone else can throw more light on this situation but that is a major fluctuation of currency.
