Yes they do, mine ask for AOR, authorization to access the file, drivers license and run down of the immigration file, not sure if it's the same with everyone

Since all our files are digital it can be access from anyone working remotely, those in the office can stamp the visa in the passport since you physically need to be in the office to do that. Hope they ramp up staff even to do that part.

KVO i Did you try emailing the KVO office directly. KVO seems to be doing everything but visa these days and using the covid issue as the reason why nothing is being done. Send them an email daily if you have to, I know they may send you an automated reply, but they can't do that forever.
