Jeff25,well this not a good news....where is your local office.i will suggest that you order FOSS note so that you can know why they transfer your file and whats you need to prepare before the interview.sometimes they doubt the genuineness of the relationship.....depending on your local office...

well i think you should have put in vegreville,AB as you case processing center.....Spouse, common-law partner in Canada class are process in vegreville visa office.

Yes....you can apply for the SIN with you OWP and its will take 5 business days to get the card but will be given the number on the receipt which will state all you need to know.....well since you date for landing is may 3,2012 then you just 2 months to use the SIN card and have its change...

Sa_ja,well its seems that you did not add the fingerprint together with your application that is why they have requested it and its will be use for background and criminality checks and this will further delay the processing for you.....i dont know the waiting time for opening additional...

yeah if you turn 18 years in Canada and live outside for more than 6 months then you are good to go.......are you the sponsor or your been sponsored.

Well ,may I ask whether your application was for in-canada sponsorship or outland sponsorship..did you have a tracking number from canada post?

moeytia, welcome to the thread, well after cic received your application,its will take 2 1/2 - 3months to access the Ecas...you should have done the medicals and attached police certificate from your home country and any other country you have live more than 6 months except canada because cic...

SMADE,well there is no need to send in another option c because the first one is ok .....since you have been working its ok that is why they also ask for a letter from your employer stating all the stuff you take.... cic will request additional document if they want to .

Well may I ask if u have been ask by cic to submit option c......wel to the best of my knowledge I have not seen such case to re.submit option c again

Hello there,you need not get police certificate from canada but you need a police certificate from where you have live for more than 6 months after you turn 18 years.......with canada cic have a way of checkinh your background here.welcome to the thread Itsy.
