    i believe IRCC gave visit visas along with UCI numbers and with that it will show the expired visa. Shud be fine i think. Since it is a new initiative, most of us have not seen examples of people who have made use of it. So be the first to try and see how it goes so.

    2021 is more than 10 years ago. Therefore, it seems that you need to apply for a Canadian visa and not ETA. That is my own opinion based on the words " last 10 years". Someone else might have a different opinion but you can contact a lawyer to see what they say.

    I do not see a need in disclosing the UK issue because it wasn't on record at the time the application for the canadian visa was submitted. In addition, the canadian visa has already been approved anyways and are now just waiting for the passport to be returned . Its Just my opinion, Someone...

The portal is normally slower to update, infact, my friend has his visa stamped in his passport but the portal still says "in progress".     You got approved in 2023 as a protected person and already have your PR card also in 2023. May I ask, how many weeks did you wait for your application for permanent residence to be fully processed? Because i know it takes atleast 1 year after submitting a PR application to finally receive PR card.
