My sister applied for a tourist visa to canada in 2022 January did the biometric on February 2022, since then they were no updates on her account, fast forward to march 2023 she applied for UK visa which was refused on april . Same month she got the correspondence letter from ircc followed by PPR in may . Now we are wondering if she should disclose the new visa refusal from Uk since it wasn’t there when she first applied.
does a new uk visa refusal affect your past visa application to canada which is still under process??

I do not see a need in disclosing the UK issue because it wasn't on record at the time the application for the canadian visa was submitted. In addition, the canadian visa has already been approved anyways and are now just waiting for the passport to be returned . Its Just my opinion, Someone might have a different view.
