It’s very heartbreaking and they are careless, how could an E-certificate be so hard to make it available within couple of days. I wonder if the judges/clerk will the be one to sign the oath form by themselves.

I completed my oath on Sept 18 with the Mississauga office, I have not been able to download the E-certificate till today. I called CIC severally and they seems to have no clue other than to wait. I would like to know if there are other ways around it.

I couldn’t download my e-certificate since I got the invite code since Tuesday from the Mississauga office. The system was showing “there were issues submitting your form” despite submitting the form immediately after the oath ceremony.

Yes. I resend my application around March ending when it was returned. I initially mailed the documents in January.

Do you mean this application took just 4 months to complete until called for ceremony? Did she apply from inside canada?

This happened to me and I was very surprised. I got the retuned envelope almost same time as yours and resend same day it was received. One of the parent’s document said it was missing. I 100% believe the officer lost it in her office as it contained large numbers of documents being mailed...
