I got a letter thats says " we are are pleased to inform you that the processing of your application has been completed" that Etobicoke will contact me. How long will this take? What next?

But security had started already over a year before medical extension/credibility passed recently. Can it take another year more? I got more than 4 ghost updates since after resume request recently even last week.

What if the security had just started immediately medical passed or renewed and he/she had waited for over 25monthts, can the security take up to 1 year or more?

I am June 2018 inland protected applicant, did medical in Jan. 2019. I never heard from them until September 2020, I saw my medical just renewed (passed) because it expired back in Jan. 2020. The next day, asked for my Resume including spouse. I called agent and confirmed credibility just passed...
