Hi. Were you able to get a new biometric instruction letter?

I don't think you can do biometrics without the Biometrics Instruction Letter and usually that letter will be sent to you after you submitted your application. Perhaps what your lawyer meant was that you need to pay for the biometrics when you submit your application.

Submit your application first and then you'll receive a biometrics instruction letter usually within a month after submission. At least now you'll be able to do your biometrics inside Canada.
