Guys, For OCI, do we need to self attest all the photo copies (passports, SC, etc)? For minors, do both parents have to attest?

:) Your status updates seems to be going backwards. I was expectingggg after granted it moves to printed status.

for SC application, my applicaton is updated with below status yesterday. how many days after this would I get the certificate? any recent experience? Surrender certificate has been granted and is available for issuance.

https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/oci-documents-to-be-uploaded/ on CGI website it says under "INDIAN ORIGIN PROOF" Surrendered Indian passport (first and last page) with stamp showing ‘Cancelled on acquiring foreign citizenship.

Don't you need to upload copy of cancelled passport? i.e. it should show cancelled stamp.

For surrender application, how many days does it take from "Surrender certificate is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate" to ready for collection?

I don't think you should mail original of anything. All copies you can self attest as far as I know.
