I made the same mistake. Wasn't sure and left blank. But people told me on this forum that it is the same client id that is on the front your PR Card. But they will get it hoepfully from copy of your PR card which you provided. Submitted docs on June 30. Lets see...

I submitted last, my son is also canadian citizen already. What i did, i did write his information name, dob etc and checked the box, child isn't school age. provided photocopy of first page two pages of his canadian passport and canadian birth certificate. that's enough i think.

I hope it will be so. Hope they will get it from copy of PR Card or COPR copy which i provided them. Thank you for reply

Hello, I didn't write client ID on fee receipt as I wasn't sure what it is. Now I read on this forum it is on the back of PRCard. I did send both sides photocopy of PR Card. Will they return application or not?
