Aside from getting his Social Insurance Number (SIN), it is a good idea to get a driver's licence because it is a valid ID in Canada and everywhere you go, they ask for a photo ID.

You should get the passport request soon. Ours only took a few hours from background change to receiving the PPR. It shouldn't take that long..You're almost done!

Most of my communication documents were in Farsi (Persian). I even included conversation between my mother and my husband and those were not in English either. I didn't bother translating anything. I think you should be fine. Don't worry about it.

Yes, there an individual from April who applied for a visitor's visa for his wife and he got it. She was from Iran. It won't hurt if you apply for one. She just has to show strong ties to Iran. Good luck...

Yes, I created it and I've tried to maintain it as much as I could. I copied the June sheet and modified it a little bit. If it happens again, I will definitely remove the access unless people request it, in that case we know who is working on it. The problem is, this has happened a few times...

This has happened a few times already. I am not sure why someone would play around with the spreadsheet. Last Tuesday, there were only 5 entries on the sheet. I was frustrated and wanted to lock it. I think it it happens again, I would only give access to August applicants who work on the sheet...

No, you shouldn't be worried about that at all. It depends on the visa officer. They can decide to extend your medical exam results so you might not even get a request for remedical request...
