Another ircc office,likes Montreal likes London,when applicants hang up phone call,they received Copr in account right now.

Congrats!Could you please tell me the portal email from Vancouver or your primary office was in Vancouver?

It means Vancouver VO as primary office is very slow,but when your case all passed and Vancouver Vo as e-mail portal very fast.
