Called IRCC a few minutes ago. After waiting on the phone for over 40 mins, I get through to an agent and as soon as I tell him why I'm calling, the guy hangs up! Mehnnn! I'm sooooo pissed!

Mine passed on the 19th, but still waiting. I was really hoping that PPR would come the following day, but perhaps today may be that day...

Hello Akhil, You may either provide the requested information as a Letter of Explanation (microsoft word) detailing your activities for the 2 months flagged or you may use the format attached (created in microsoft excel then print to PDF).
