Hi,

I have received an ADR letter and I need to respond to it by 19 August 2019. CIC has asked for two things:
  • Additional document for my bachelor's degree
  • Explanation about my personal history for a span of 2 months.
I can see a new tab in my account to upload the document for my education but I don't know how to upload or provide information about the personal history. Should I use webform or case-specific query?

If anyone can share the correct method and share the relevant link then it will be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Hello Akhil,

You may either provide the requested information as a Letter of Explanation (microsoft word) detailing your activities for the 2 months flagged or you may use the format attached (created in microsoft excel then print to PDF).
