After DM on July 3, 2021, I’ve got no update at all. I’ve been waiting for oath invitation for almost 5 months . What I could do? :’(

My application was received on July 7, 2020. DM on July 3, 2021. Single applicant. I’ve been waiting for oath invitation for almost 5 months.

That’s why I was thinking should we apply for a second time? Because 8 months can process a new applicant, but waiting for 8 months maybe not enough for an oath invitation. After 10 days I’ll be waiting for 5 months for oath invitation.

I ordered GCMS request last month and still haven’t got anything yet. It took 3,500 dollars to get a test ? If a lawyer can speed up the process then it worths the money lol Until December 5, 2021, I’ll wait for oath invitation for 5 months after DM on July 3, 2021.

Someone can share how to apply a job in IRCC? I’m a warm-hearted person and would like to help :)

Mine is Montreal office. My DM was on July 3, 2021. System updated on July 5, 2021. Waiting for oath since then.

I wrote webforms several times each time gave me no useful information. I called too but only automatically answered. No real person can talked to on the phone. I also ordered GCMS request and complained. None of them give a response.

I totally understand you. Many applicants from 2021already finished their oath long time ago . If applied in 2021, it won’t be 12 months for the whole process, but as short as 8-11 months. That’s why I want to apply again.

I was told those who waited long time for DM won’t need to wait long for oath. So you probably will get oath very soon.

One of my friends who applied April 2019 just received oath invitation. And many from September 2019 got oath invitations recently. I guess there would be at most 2 months for you to wait.
