anyone who got FBI clearance certificate from USA ? does it needs to be apostiled?

I am applying for FBI clearance certificate at USA & just read in one of the forum about APOSTILE. My question is " DO I need to get this APOSTILE for submitting to CIC for FSWs014 application ?
