Exactly so, they asked the father to sign a document imm 5604 and a explnation, then they are going to tell me they cant accept the explanation

Just got my 5th ADR and counting, must be a record. AOR SEP 29TH. Not looking promising vfor this last document. As i will need to add my husband name to our son's birth certificate get a copy from USA and upload it all in 7 days. I am not going to even fight this losing battle anymore

Since I applied for pr September 29th 2018I have gotten 4 adr's RCMP FOR MY HUSBAND AND I - OCTOBER 27 SON NEW PASSPORT -NOVEMBER 9 MILITARY FORM -FEBRUARY 19 IMM 5604 -FEBRUARY 27
