So does that mean they can stay here 2 years even the visa will be expired before 2 years?

In my case they didn't really change anything in GCKey account. i received PPR letter today but my background check still in processing and Application still in progress. They just put DM on Ecas account.

It took us exatly a month from BGC to DM we haven't received PPR yet. Another waiting game.

I got those pictures back too after i got my mercial done. And its almost nearly a month my background check is in process. After that haven't heard anything from CIC. I have the same question, why i got those pictures back?

I don't think you need to mention that you been there iligally just tell them that the period of time you been in both countries, mention the exact date or month you entered the country and left the countries. And definitely have police clearance certificate from both place.
